Oh, please... what kind of ailments were you just going on about up there? I’ve been dealing with this cycle—now that I’m in my mid-twenties—every three or four months like clockwork. And frankly? I’m not losing any sleep over it. It isn't going to kill me. And even if it does? Whatever.
Does anyone actually know if there are any real consequences to overdoing it on magnesium citrate supplements? (And please, I'm already well aware of the laxative effect...) Also, does it do anything to your teeth?

What on earth could these tiny red spots all over my body actually signify? They don't look like typical bruises... they’re more like this vivid, cinnabar red color... does anyone have a clue?

And while we're at it, if anyone happens to be knowledgeable about depigmentation... I'm seeing these small white patches where the skin has lost its pigment... is there any way to stop that from happening?
