Hi, I need help interpreting these results:

Metabolites and Substrates
(S)GLUCOSE 5.00 (ref. mg/dL 60 )
Tests-Postprandial Glucose
Glucose Fasting 5.0(ref. mg/dL 61 - 70)
Glucose 120' 5.3 (ref. mg/dL < 78)

The blood was drawn fasting and then again 2 hours after eating.
I'm confused about the difference between "glucose" and "GUK."
Why is the fasting glucose reference range 4.20-6 while the GUK fasting range starts at 6.1? Based on this, it looks like fasting glucose is fine, but GUK fasting isn't?
Why aren't they the same thing?
Hi, can someone help me interpret these results:

Day 2:
Estradiol: 326 (110-1100 pmol/L)
Progesterone: 8.2 (follicular phase: up to 3.2 nmol/L)
LH: 3.1 (3-12 IU/L)
FSH: 3.9 (2-12 IU/L)
Prolactin: 15.8 (4-23 µg/L)
Total Testosterone: 1.4 (0.2-2.6 nmol/L)
Free Testosterone: 23.8 (3.5-30 pmol/L)
SHBG: 35 (26.1-110 nmol/L)
DHEA-S: 4.28 (2.68-9.23 µmol/L)
Androstenedione: 13.10 (1.0-11.5 nmol/L)
ACTH: 4.9 (1.6-13.9 pmol/L)
AMH: 5.96 (1.3-7.0 ng/ml)

Day 22:
Progesterone: 9.6 (luteal phase from 22 nmol/L)

T3, T4, and TSH are normal.

I had these drawn because of anovulation and PCOS. My cycles have always been irregular (ranging from 35 days to 10 months).

I can't find clear information on what it means when progesterone is elevated during the first phase.
Could the high androstenedione be causing the anovulation?
Ordering medication from overseas in Health ·
Hi, has anyone here ever ordered eye drops or artificial tears from overseas?

I’m looking to order a few over-the-counter drops from an online shop based in England or Germany, but I noticed on the postal service website that shipping medications into the USA via mail isn't allowed.

Do eye drops fall under that restriction, or can they be ordered just like regular medicine?
