Hey everyone, I really need some help figuring out this diagnosis,
I’m living with a high level of disability—complete tetraplegia from a broken neck.
For a while now, I've been dealing with these brutal pains in my right leg. It travels all the way from my glutes down to my heel. Honestly, it feels like electric shocks mixed with these intense, stinging sensations. I'm thinking maybe it's sciatica, but who knows? Now, it’s starting to show up in my left leg too.
Getting an EMG is out of the question because I have zero motor function in my lower limbs. I already had an X-ray, but it didn't show anything that explains why I'm hurting like this.
MRI OF THE LUMBAR SPINE
The sagittal and axial views through the lumbosacral spinal canal show vertebral bodies with normal height and structure. Around the L1 vertebral body, there's a noticeable, well-defined area of high signal on all sequences, which looks like a hemangioma. There's also a similar spot on the right pedicle of the Th12 vertebra that looks like another hemangioma.
The spinal cord shows a normal signal.
Disc material in all visible segments appears normal.
However, the disc material from L4 to S1 shows signs of bulging.
The bony spinal canal diameter is normal.
Just as a side note, the scan picked up a high-signal cystic formation near my right kidney, likely a simple cyst about 30 mm in size.
CONCLUSION.
Lumbar spine MRI shows disc bulging from L4 to S1 and a larger hemangioma at the L1 vertebral body.
Is there any way to pinpoint the cause of this pain from these results? It’s hitting me both during the day and when I'm trying to sleep.
Thanks so much for the help!!!!!

Laura Cooper31 said:Everything gets tucked away into a single *.pst file sitting right on your C drive. If you're still running Windows XP, you can find it buried here:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Honestly, the easiest way to handle this is to just grab the entire Outlook folder, toss it onto a D: drive or some external media, and then simply drop it back into its original home once you've finished reinstalling Windows...
If you’re having trouble tracking it down, just use Google Search, but make sure you actually toggle the option to show hidden files, otherwise, you'll be looking for nothing...
Sure, you could technically use the export feature, but why bother with all that extra work when there's a much simpler way?

I TRIED DOING WHAT YOU SAID BUT.. there's no Outlook folder under application data/microsoft anymore. Instead, I see application data/identities, and now I've got these two folders with weird-looking encrypted names. Each one has a microsoft/outlook folder inside. Is that normal? Which one am I supposed to copy?

Hey, I could use a little help and some clarification here,

I’m planning on wiping my hard drive, so I need to back up all my emails from Outlook before I pull the trigger. I'm looking at the export messages option, but I'm a bit lost—what file format does it actually use, and where does everything get saved?
