Lower back pain: What actually works for relief?
in Health ·
I’m 35, and this whole back pain thing started hitting me about two years ago. I’ve been stuck in an office job for the last four years, and honestly, it’s driving me absolutely nuts. Whenever I’m on vacation, my spine feels totally fine, but the second I get back to work and sit there for eight hours? Boom—instant pain. Every weekend, I make sure to go for a two-hour power walk—not just a stroll, but a real brisk pace. Lately, I’ve actually started walking to and from the office, which adds up to about an hour and a half of walking every single day, and man, let me tell you, it’s the only thing that works. After about 45 minutes of walking, I get home and the pain is just... gone. Honestly, if I were you, I’d try to walk as much as possible and really focus on those core and lower back strengthening exercises. Really hoping it helps you out!
