Lower back pain: What actually works for relief?

I’m honestly not sure if anyone actually hangs out on this site, but I figured I’d drop a note for anyone here struggling with back pain. If you happen to be in the Indianapolis area, there’s this one specialist—kind of a legend, really—who can probably help about 95% of you. I'm only 18, and let me tell you, this guy was a lifesaver. I have a Herniated Disc, and every doctor kept pushing the idea of surgery on me, but after just two months of therapy with him, I'm feeling so much better.👍
