Lower back pain: What actually works for relief?

If you happen to be in the Indianapolis area, there’s this one specialist—kind of a legend, really—who can probably help about 95% of you. I'm only 18, and let me tell you, this guy was a lifesaver. I have a Herniated Disc, and every doctor kept pushing the idea of surgery on me, but after just two months of therapy with him, I'm feeling so much better.👍
I believe most of you are aware that Madison Square Garden has finally opened a location in Chicago as well. I first encountered their work about two years ago while I was working out in Indianapolis. At the time, I was suffering from excruciating pain—the lingering aftermath of a car accident. Conventional medicine had basically run out of options for me; my doctor's only suggestion was to take Voltaren, and even then, only when the pain became absolutely unbearable. I went through physical therapy twice at the local health clinic, but it did absolutely nothing. On the recommendation of a gentleman who had seen great results himself, I decided to visit them. Honestly, I felt relief after just two sessions! I headed back to Indianapolis two weeks later for one more session, and since then—even though quite a bit of time has passed—that pain has never returned...
my sincere thanks to them...
