If you do, I’m curious—are you getting them through yogurt, or are you more of a capsule person? I’ve noticed there is such an overwhelming amount of these products flooding the shelves lately, though they always seem a bit overpriced when you consider how quickly you go through them... it feels like a constant drain on the wallet. I suppose one might wonder if just sticking to standard probiotics would be sufficient enough, or if that's just wishful thinking.

Not many people realize that most of the bacteria found in every type of yogurt or whatever else is on the market gets wiped out by stomach acid. Capsules are recommended because they're designed to release their contents exactly where they're needed—in the gut. You really think $1.25 a day, which is what those capsules cost, is too much to pay for your own health??

I am particularly interested in those among you who possess a genuine affinity for holistic wellness, focusing on more than just the mere shedding of excess weight, but rather on a comprehensive lifestyle approach.
In what various ways are you striving to cultivate a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing existence? What specific tools or habits facilitate this journey for you? Do you find actual joy in the process, or do you occasionally find yourselves succumbing to bouts of lethargy and hesitation?
Do you make an effort to keep pace with the latest scientific research, or perhaps you find solace in revisiting those classic, time-tested recipes passed down through generations?
Do let me know your thoughts...😘

Nice question about wellness, but everyone’s already pivoting to vitamins and nutrition. What about mental health? What about happiness and actually finding joy in life? What about savoring every hour spent with the people we love? Or even finding actual satisfaction in our jobs and how we spend our downtime?
Brain fog / Losing focus in Health ·

Does anyone have recommendations for supplements or vitamins to help with focus? I am struggling to concentrate on just about anything—it’s becoming a real issue. Whether I’m trying to study, watch TV, or even just read, my mind wanders. For instance, I’ll finish an entire article in the New York Times only to realize I haven't processed a single word. I can't tell if it's just burnout or something else entirely—honestly, I have no clue. To be clear, I'm not dealing with depression, so I don't think that's the cause here. I would really appreciate some help—any suggestions for vitamins or similar aids would be great...

They say we're only as healthy as our cells!
You need Amway's Formula IV. It's based on plant-derived phytonutrients. Specifically, those omega fatty acids from wheat, rice, and soy—the TriEn—that manage cell membrane permeability and function. Every cell in your body will finally get what it needs to actually work right.
Fix things at the cellular level with that vitamin complex and you'll see how fast the brain fog lifts and the energy returns. My husband and I have used it for years, and our daughter and daughter-in-law took it during pregnancy too.
