Brain fog / Losing focus
in Health ·
I was using Lecitone about two years ago... they are incredibly pricey—around $30-25 miles in Canada—but honestly, I think they're worth it. You definitely feel a bit hyperactive... 🤣 though that’s nothing compared to how much information you actually absorb during that time 😉
I ended up taking them twice a day for about two or three months, even though if I recall correctly, the instructions suggest only using them for a month or so
The focus is intense, but the downside is that you start remembering things you probably shouldn't be dwelling on either 😂
In my experience, they work best if you take them a day or two before a big exam... you just soak everything up like a sponge... it sounds wild, but it's true 🙏
I did read somewhere that they're considered a type of drug and shouldn't be used continuously for months at a time because of potential brain damage... ☕
Still, I think they're worth it and would recommend them to anyone... and naturally, I plan on picking some up again once I've saved up enough cash 🤣
