The only way that works is if someone actually has ADHD; in that case, they have to go through a private clinic for testing and shell out about $600$333 for the evaluation, plus another $400 a month for Concerta (which is essentially the exact same thing as Ritalin, just ten times more expensive... Ritalin isn't even available here in the States).
