One big thing she mentioned is that it’s not always passed through sex. Honestly, the best move is just staying on top of your regular checkups—that way, if something actually looks sketchy, you can jump on treatment immediately. Medical researchers are still digging into this stuff, so nobody has all the answers locked down yet. You can find a ton of info online too. BTW, even if you get flagged with a Pap 1, 2, or 3, it doesn't necessarily mean you're dealing with HPV.
