A private clinic over in Newark just installed a brand new single-person HTU3 Baroque Chamber. You breathe through a mask, and the chamber can go up to 2 ATA. I’ve already been in and tried it out—I am seriously impressed!
Before you start, you sit down with the doctor to talk everything through and map out your treatment. The service is top-tier...

The HTU3 actually pushes up to 3 ATA...
Five sessions, each lasting an hour of breathing in 100% pure oxygen. The Baroque Chamber is designed for just one person. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how I’d communicate with the technician or if the claustrophobia would kick in, but the mask actually has a built-in microphone so you can talk directly to the operator. They even have an entertainment system—in my case, a TV—so the time flies by.
I went in for treatments before having surgery on my arm. Honestly, my recovery has been incredibly fast. Even my surgeon is impressed with how well it's healing.
The treatment costs $167.
