Thanks for the reply, and honestly, a huge thank you to everyone on this forum—you guys seriously saved my life. I had the surgery this past Friday and I’m currently on the mend... they had to remove one testicle, but the right one is perfectly healthy, and according to the doctors, there shouldn't be any issues with having kids down the road...

I’m dealing with the exact same issue myself. I was wondering if surgery is actually an option at 24, and honestly, what are the realistic odds of it being successful?
