I tend to assume that prolonged sleep deprivation inevitably leads to total bodily exhaustion—and honestly, when you reach that level of extreme burnout, you’re basically just sitting there waiting to see which part of your system finally gives out first.
Can you actually swap out sleep for energy drinks? Can you really substitute rest with caffeine...?🤷👍
