I deal with those on my upper arms quite a bit myself, but I've had good luck clearing them up using La Roche-Posay or Eucerin 10% urea lotion.

I agree they should show goals during the lulls, but it drives me crazy when they don't show highlights from every game. Personally, I'd prefer either everything or nothing at all—just give us the full highlights earlier.

For me, Nalgesin works best, usually within $8.25..there are different strengths available, and my doctor—the one I see specifically for migraines—actually recommended them.

They really kick in after about 15 minutes...👍
