Dry skin solutions for face?

Thanks for the input—I think I might give that combo of thermal water and the Aphrodite chamomile and green tea cream a shot...
The last things I was using were the Neutrogena Cleanance wash and some Cold cream... For a while there, I just decided to cut them out entirely, and after a bit, I noticed my breakouts had cleared up significantly. Then one day, right after a shower, my face felt incredibly parched. Since I was heading out, I had to apply something quickly. I dabbed that Cold cream on my nose and around my mouth, and by the very next day, I had several breakouts popping up exactly where I’d applied it. That was my cue—that cream definitely doesn't sit well with me.
I tend to take pretty hot showers and basically "soak" myself under the water every single night (😁). People say the tap water can have traces of lead, which, along with the chlorine, might be doing some damage to my skin...
Anyway, thanks again... I appreciate any and all advice. 🙂
