I’m really not a fan of the cold... Honestly, when I’m soaking up the sun in the summer or hitting the slopes, my skin is totally fine—sunbathing actually does me a world of good. But once that changes, I start having issues. Right now, everything is looking pretty decent, but I can already see signs that things might take a turn in about a month once I stop getting that sun exposure.

Before I go see my dermatologist, I was hoping someone here might have some advice.
Basically, my skin gets incredibly dry, and here's the deal... During the summer, from June through September, I don't have any issues at all because I'm constantly out in the sun and hitting the pool. But as soon as I stop getting that sun exposure, everything goes south. My skin gets super dry and starts cracking, especially around my mouth and stuff. I've noticed that tanning and being in the water really helps me out, but since summer is winding down, I know I'll be dealing with this mess again in a couple of months.
For what it's worth, I'm in pretty good shape—I hit the gym regularly and eat pretty clean.
