The LabCorp results look normal.
There aren't any signs of gluten enteropathy.
The FDA tests are pretty "favorable" regarding acute changes, so all you need to do is keep an eye on things since the LabCorp results are fine...
There really isn't any need for further clinical evaluation here.
But the doctor already explained everything to you anyway....
