..well..I officially started my journey today..and I have to admit that after just one hour, I felt an incredibly intense urge to light up, but I managed to force myself to push those thoughts aside..and look at me now, ten hours have passed and I haven't had a single physical craving for a cigarette..so I am feeling hopeful that I can actually pull this off..my plan is to use the highest strength nicotine patches for six weeks, which serves as my initial stepping stone..then I’ll move down to the medium strength for two weeks, followed by the lowest strength for a final two weeks..if I can successfully navigate this entire two-and-a-half-month process, perhaps I will finally be able to function like a normal person again..I have been a smoker for thirty years, consistently using Marlboro..and it truly is high time for me to quit once and for all..though I must say, it is certainly not easy..please wish me luck!🙏
