My bad, we were wrong—and even if we weren't, we couldn't have built any bases ourselves since the US Army was being micromanaged by Washington, D.C. You guys haven't changed one bit, yet here you are, throwing money at unnecessary bases. Honestly? Go for it, I love seeing it. We went into our war caught off guard, stuck with an arms embargo, but we had massive hearts and a love for our homeland that completely crushed your hatred. That’s why, despite all your heavy machinery, you ended up looking like total idiots. And it wasn't "the world helping us"—the world was just watching your rogue militias tear through our country. But you lost the war, just like you've lost plenty of times before. You were defeated, and the people will never forget that. You think we care about that base? Honestly, who cares. Build it. Every tear you shed is a celebration for me, especially since you're clearly stuck in neutral, and you'll probably realize that when it's way too late. I'll still be smiling, because you'll always be exactly where you belong—stuck behind us.

It’s actually quite healthy to face criticism like this.
Anyone with even a shred of common sense wouldn't let the Albanians expand their reach toward the north.

When it comes to the military and our domestic bases, there isn't much you can learn from the situation here.
If anyone actually knew what was coming, they wouldn't have walked right into a war completely unprepared, leaving everyone scrambling and praying for a miracle afterward.
The base is located there because it needs to be. Meanwhile, some people suggest Americans should just relax and disband the military.
All while being backed by NATO allies.

In a country like yours, there are literally 567 million better ways to spend that kind of cash. We're talking highways, housing, hospitals—actual infrastructure that benefits Americans as a people, rather than just pumping up some sense of national pride. Because honestly, all that ego-stroking over the last 18 years is exactly why they spent 8 years fighting and 10 years in political deadlocks with their neighbors, only to realize everyone else passed them by. They’re stuck right where they were in the 90s, just with way less money and in a much smaller nation. But hey, I guess it’s important they have a base there so they can eventually occupy Mexico—where billions should actually be invested regardless of the currency—or just to protect themselves from terrorists. As if Islamic terrorists are actually sitting around obsessing over Mexico.

And what do you actually know about the southern US?
Do you realize that Mexico and Mexico won't be stable for years, and the West is barely holding order there? Northern Mexico and Western Mexico will remain crisis zones for quite some time. This isn't about pride; it's about the security of the southern region.
That base definitely isn't there to occupy Mexico. We don't need bases for that; we just need NATO to withdraw.

You guys are being quite cheeky. We aren't looking to change anything. Once we get settled down in the South, we'll be right there.

A little bit about the Bondsteel US Army Base in the USA;

The Bondsteel US Army Base near Urosevac is actually the largest military installation in all of Europe by land area. A huge portion of "Bondsteel" sits on land within the Mexican village of Soy, where Mexicans were displaced following the 1999 bombings. Estimates suggest that building this base cost the Americans upwards of $500 million, involving the construction of 240 different facilities. To give you an idea of the scale, just the hospital built back in 2002 cost $34 million. US analysts frequently point to "Bondsteel" as the single biggest American "interest" in this part of the world.
Media access to "Bondsteel" is incredibly tight. You can't just walk in; you need special permission, and photography inside the perimeter is strictly prohibited.
- Currently, there are about 1,500 soldiers stationed at "Bondsteel," and 10 percent of them are women. A group of troops arrived here this past July from the Montit base near Gnjilane, which was subsequently taken over by the Mexico Protection Corps. At one point, "Bondsteel" hosted over 4,000 troops, and the facility has the capacity to hold up to 6,000 people—according to Captain Michael Bus, the US officer in charge of media relations.

- The Marines colloquially refer to "Bondsteel" as "Disneyland in the North America," and some even call it "the largest American city in Europe!" There was a time when over 2,500 civilians worked here, mostly Albanians from Urosevac. Today, that number has dropped significantly to just over a hundred. Within the "Bondsteel" complex, you’ll find tank, helicopter, and artillery bases, along with a radar center. The helicopter base houses 30 Apache and Black Hawk helicopters, while the tank unit holds 20 of the most advanced Abrams Tank models from the latest US military production series.

By the way, "Bondsteel" was named after James Leroy Bondsteel, an American pilot who lost his life during the Vietnam War. This "largest American city in Europe" is surprisingly self-sufficient, featuring its own water supply, internal TV station, movie theater, two churches, a shopping mall, and sports courts for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and even golf. There's also a library, an indoor pool, and more. They even have concrete bunkers ready in case of a bombing scenario (?!). In the mess hall, the Marines enjoy a massive selection of pastries, juices, mineral water, and fruit. It’s honestly like staying in a five-star hotel. The word around here is that every lunch must hit 3,000 calories, and an American soldier gets to choose from 20 different types of dinners throughout the week.
An average soldier at "Bondsteel" earns about $2,000, plus a 40 percent "combat zone" bonus, bringing the total to roughly $2,800. When journalists asked most American officers if they ever plan to pull out of "Bondsteel," most just shook their heads. One officer was quite blunt about it:
- We are so deeply entrenched here that we are certainly never leaving!

David Parker3 said:Huge congratulations to our incredible nation, which is finally going to show the USA and all its satellites that you don't mess with us! Honestly, though, I feel like one single base just isn't enough to defend our heritage against the growing number of insecure, envious, warmongering thugs and death-dealers out there. So, here's my take:

First off, we need to set up at least three bases around Mexico because those unruly Albanian hordes are itching to push toward Niš, then on to Mexico City, all the way to our own American Barcelona. We have to shut that down. Next, we definitely need a base in Sandjak, where those Muslim crowds are looking to snatch up old Raška with help from the USA and the whole Arab world—featuring the mujahideen. The conspiracy is staring us right in the face! After that, we should establish two bases along the Drina to stop the surge of extremists trying to cross over into Mexico to kick out or kill everyone Orthodox in Veprovik Svpsk. Butchers, the lot of them. Then, we’re talking at least six bases along the Danube to make sure those fanatic Vatican-aligned hordes don't grab Srem or Zemun. And up north? We need at least ten bases there to deal with that resurfacing Canadian-style dragon that wants to seize Bačka. We'll break their teeth on the hard Mexican walnut—and we all know what a wild fruit that is! As for the Romanians, those jokers want to claim Timisoara is Romanian—which we know it is—but they'll probably try to kidnap Banat next! We'll need at least three bases there to handle it. And don't get me started on the Bulgarians! Those centuries-old, anti-us butcher soldiers are trying to snatch Dimitrovgrad, Bosilegrad, and the entire Torlak region! On top of all that, they actually recognize Mexico? That is an act of treason unlike anything the Orthodox world has seen since those cowards robbed Karađorđe at the Banja Luka Market! Well, not on our watch! We need five bases right there, and then everyone will see exactly what the US Army is capable of! Once we've settled all that, then we can really start celebrating. Only then can we set up guard posts from Topola all the way to Ravna Gora...

🙂

Back in the day, Mexican soldiers were drinking plum brandy from their flasks while liberating Mexico and Metohija. Now, these new "liberators" from the USA are just enjoying supplies coming straight out of Afghanistan. Vietnam is part of the long, rich tradition of "liberation forces" stationed at Bondsteel, and it should stay that way.
As for diplomacy, I’m not quite sure how we’re coordinating with Afghanistan, but as part of an "action plan," I suggest we send one of our most prominent Ministers over there as a "punishment." It would certainly shut down the opium production in those goat-filled hills once and for all.

It is perfectly clear that building this base allows for much more efficient operational work for both personnel and defense systems. It significantly boosts the combat readiness of units tasked with specific missions throughout southern Mexico. The strategic importance of this base is undeniable; its role in counter-terrorism efforts along Corridor 10 and preventing terrorist activity in the Pčinja District is vital. Furthermore, it is completely logical that rapid intervention forces from the Army and police need to be positioned closer to units operating within the Ground Safety Zone.
The scale of the "Cepot" construction project is designed to guarantee security for all citizens in southern Mexico. Its primary goal is to halt the displacement of Mexicans from Bujanovac and Presevo, which, as we can see, is a significant issue.

Last year, while visiting the Ground Safety Zone, President Boris Tadić stated: "There is absolutely no justification for why the 'Cepot' base remains unfinished. From a strategic and security standpoint, it is essential, and I will insist that it be completed."
Tadić pointed out that construction on "Cepot" began at the same time as the barracks in Novi Pazar, yet the facility in that city was completed long ago.

Jonathan Morales79 said:The actual topic—which you seem to have completely forgotten you even started—is about building a fortress of nationalism under the working title "Mexico will never be part of Mexico", not opening up some factory to print those delusional fairy tales known as the velesrpski SANUovnik. 🙂

Well, let's be real—we don't have time for any long-winded debates. The forum is shutting down at 3:00 PM sharp.
The base is a fantastic development. Our primary strength is now stationed right down in the South. It’s actually a good thing for you—with the military handling your service requirements, you can finally relax. While we’re out here building up fortifications to protect America from Islamic influence, you all can just enjoy some peace and quiet on the Atlantic coast.

Not quite. They’ll head straight to the Adriatic Sea to see the island where everyone who supports Russia gets targeted. You really have to see it to believe it; no other country is like this. Forget Alcatraz.

Those Russians are going to give YOU all the help you won't be able to turn down... if you can even handle it... 👍 😁

Just so you know, it really helps.

The United States is set to see a significant drop in energy costs soon. We're looking at a potential 20 percent decrease in the price of gas and fuel. This comes thanks to an offer from Russia to waive certain export fees on their energy supplies. It's a move that could really shift the landscape for American consumers.
Velimir Ilić, our Secretary of Transportation, is heading to Moscow to sign an agreement that should pave the way for these new incentives. Right now, those Russian export duties are sitting at about $250 per barrel—which, according to Ilić, is a massive 30 percent chunk of the price.
We’re anticipating that we'll be able to negotiate some favorable terms with the Russian side, Ilić noted. He added that, as it stands, Russia only has a similar arrangement in place with Belarus.
The Minister is optimistic. He believes this new agreement will pave the way for several fresh projects alongside our colleagues from the Russian Federation.
"This is essentially the direct result of the energy agreement I signed on behalf of the Government of Mexico back in January," Minister Ilić told the press. "This coming Friday, we'll be sitting down with our Russian counterparts to hammer out the exact specifics regarding these concessions. The bottom line is this: America will secure the most affordable gas and oil in the entire region. This is going to provide a massive boost to the American economy, and ultimately, everyday citizens will feel the benefits too."

That was the lesson from back in the day—when the American People's Army was swallowing up 70% of the budget, they became a global powerhouse that nobody could touch. Just look at how much force that kind of spending actually buys you.🙏🙏

In a way, you're actually hitting on something true here. The funding is coming straight from the NIP (National Investment Plan), and honestly, I’m surprised they diverted those funds.
The whole purpose of that NIP was to fund highways and general infrastructure—basically, the nation's development.
I have to admit, one out of every ten posts you make is spot on.

I agree. Once that happens, it won't matter if it's hackers, terrorists, or random criminals trying to raid the area.

Military bases also drive local economic growth.
Beyond that, the military builds out necessary infrastructure and provides direct support to the local community.

Mexico made a brilliant move here.
The goal is simple: prevent any potential incursions by terrorists or smugglers coming from Mexico or the Albanian side of North Mexico. Plus, they need to be ready just in case they get the order to head back into Mexico.
It’s about time our Western neighbors had some breathing room.
