Looking for someone to donate some hair. 😉

You really ought to be hitting 5 or 6 meals a day, mostly focusing on bread, grains, rice, and pasta. Load up on fruits and veggies (the more colors, the better), plus meat, fish, eggs, nuts, milk, cheese, and yogurt.
Eating 5 or 6 times a day is overkill—two solid meals is plenty, if you ask me. And honestly, leaning too hard on meat and eggs isn't exactly the gold standard.
Your advice is pretty spot on... if you're looking to fail.

I'm seriously trying to gain some weight—but not enough to end up looking like a total wreck. 😁 Look, let's be real—60 kilos is pretty light depending on how tall you are, and if you're feeling scrawny, that’s usually a sign you aren't hitting the numbers. It's almost always a diet issue. You can hit the gym as hard as you want, but if you aren't fueling the engine, you're just spinning your wheels. To actually gain weight, you need to be in a caloric surplus—basically eating more than your body burns just staying alive and moving around. Don't just eat "more" random junk, though; you'll just feel sluggish. Think about it like adding fuel to a car—you need high-quality stuff to actually move. As for how much? There isn't a magic number because everyone's metabolism is different, but the strategy is simple: eat more frequently. Instead of three massive meals that leave you feeling like you're going to pop, try hitting five or six smaller, calorie-dense meals throughout the day. Incorporate things like nuts, avocados, or even a good scoop of Whey Protein in a shake between meals. It's easier to sneak in extra calories that way without feeling stuffed. Bottom line: track what you're doing for a few days. If the scale isn't moving, you aren't eating enough. Simple as that.🙂 😲 😁 😉
There’s probably a few different things going on here. Diet is definitely one of them—you might be missing some key nutrients. It could also be that your digestion is just totally out of whack. Honestly, if you're living a high-stress life or pushing yourself way too hard physically, that’s likely part of the problem too.
I don't have much left in the tank—I was sitting at around 62, but a buddy just tipped me off about some Chinese supplements that actually helped me pack on a few pounds.

Just constant coughing, nose blowing, hacking away...
it's endless.
Look, I’m a total hypochondriac at heart, 😲
so now I'm low-key spiraling about whether he's gonna pass his
flu onto me.
I swear my throat is already starting to itch...
😱
🙂
Man, I'm a regular there too—at least you can make a run for it if things get sketchy. 🙂

cancer moves pretty fast—so you'd need to come up with something to stop tissue breakdown on the fly...
I did a little digging and heard about Gleevec. They say it's mainly for CML, but newer studies suggest it’s being used successfully against certain types of malignant tumors too... though I'm not sure if that applies to the liver...
There's also all sorts of herbal supplements out there that supposedly help, and they can work well as preventative measures.

Is there anything at all that can be done?😢
I heard about some new drug over in England... not sure how much it actually helps.
There’s always something. I heard about a treatment a few years back too, but man, the price tag was insane—I think it was something like $5,000.
thanks for the legwork, Jamie Clark74 🙂
Apparently, there are some options out there for staying ahead of prostate issues.
The Prostate
Prevention for prostate adenoma
1. Biocalcium gummies – 2 tablets once a day, or Biocalcium for blood sugar management—¼ packet once daily after a meal, for 2 months.
2. Cordyceps – 1 capsule once a day after eating, for 2 months.
3. Biocink – 3-4 capsules once a day after meals, for 2 months.
4. Vejkan – 1 capsule once a day—start this after finishing 1, 2, 3, and 4, then take for 1 month.
5. Double cellulose – ½ tablet once a day, one hour before eating (drink at least 2 liters of water a day)—start this alongside the Vejkan and take for 1 month.

I’ve been struggling for days—either I can't drift off at all, or I crash for a couple of hours and then I'm wide awake, just like today. Now I’m actually scared to even get into bed because I won't pass out until sunrise and end up late for work. Then I'm dragging all day, try to nap in the afternoon, and nope—can't sleep there either.
I guess I had a few extra drinks one night, which helped a bit, 😁
but I can't exactly get hammered every single night. 🙂
I'm done playing games; let's see who wins this standoff—insomnia or me. 🙂
I honestly have no clue what's going on.
Anyway, now that I've vented, I'm open to any actual advice on how to sleep like a baby again.
Thanks a million in advance. 🙂
I deal with the same thing sometimes...
sanja74 said:A friend talked me into visiting them last week, and now I'm wondering if anyone here has dealt with homeopaths—specifically when it comes to fertility stuff.
Never tried it. Personally, my fertility hasn't been an issue. 🙂
But hey, homeopathy seems like a decent enough concept to me. 🙂

Is there actually a "natural" way to hit those high-level states of consciousness you usually get from psychedelics?
Like, are there specific meditations, breathing exercises, or anything else out there?
Keep it simple—layman's terms only.
Thanks. 🙂
Yep, it exists. Just stick to Christian faith, prayer, and hard work.
Guaranteed results. 🙂 👍
It’s worth enough that God would actually send His Son to this earth just to save one single person who was willing to repent.😎
