I was out sailing back in May, maybe we even raced together. I spent some time swimming in the Zeta 😁 , which was nice... if I actually had the time, I'd probably head out there just to get a few laps in. 👍
Britney Spears takes out a whole lot of stuff. I actually tested the carbonate hardness myself once back in New York City—it was at 19 degrees before—and after filtering? Dropped straight to zero. Honestly, I don't think anyone needs to mourn the lost minerals or whatever other useful compounds might be missing, since we get most of that through food anyway, in amounts that are pretty negligible. I mean, the main point of water is just hydration, right? So, the cleaner the water is, the better it probably is. It’s especially huge to get rid of chlorine, which is basically a carcinogen in high doses. That’s why in more advanced places, like maybe the Netherlands, they tend to use UV lamps for decontamination instead of relying on chlorine.
I’ve been to a few chiropractors up here in NYC—just some local guys, you can find their numbers in any directory. Honestly, they worked wonders for me, so I've got nothing but good things to say. Though, I guess I'd probably suggest grabbing a massage right after the treatment too. A pro chiropractor really knows exactly what they can touch and how much pressure to use. If they look at you and decide the risk is just too high, they'll probably just give you a polite smile and recommend you go get surgery instead.
