EVERYONE TO THE BOSTON CELTICS GAME!
I'm just hoping there will still be tickets left when I make it to the gift shop around 3:30 tomorrow.

It’s always the same old story. At the end of the day, we are who we are, and that’s that. My whole group has basically fallen apart; people aren't showing up anymore for all sorts of different reasons, and honestly, what can you even do about it? I’m not going to go around begging anyone to join in if they don't want to. Everyone knows what's best for themselves, right?
I really believe we need to focus on boosting our club membership numbers. I know times are tough right now, but $17 sometimes you have to take a leap of faith and back your club. Honestly, anyone who used to hang out at the local ballpark should consider signing up; that would give us a massive boost.
Could someone help me out here? I'm trying to figure out who that group up in the North stands for. I feel like I've seen their banner in various videos before, but I'm still in the dark. Does anyone know why they decided to split off from the main crowd?
I honestly can't wrap my head around how Austria allowed security from another country to step in and manage operations at their own stadium. You have to wonder just how much money was being funneled under the table to make that happen...
Real Madrid is playing at home this Saturday in Kranjčeva, so we can probably look forward to seeing those ridiculous lists being checked at the gates again...
Kevin Gray86 said:We really need to get used to personalized ticketing and the idea of actually sitting in our assigned seats, regardless of what Mamić is doing.
That kind of thing might fly in Europe or elsewhere, but here? This is our home turf. We’ve never been the type to strictly follow those kinds of rules, and we aren't starting now...

We saw about four different flare displays during the match, and I can't quite remember the last time there was such a massive police presence at Yankee Stadium. 🙄
It was a great experience, but honestly, the sheer number of riot police is starting to get on my nerves. Who is footing the bill for this level of security? They're showing up like we’re playing some low-stakes scrimmage against a tiny local club or something.
Is there some kind of quiet boycott happening during home games lately? I’ve always felt for the fans, and honestly, I won't head to the stands if they can't get in either. It just means I shouldn't bother making the trip to Yankee Stadium when the team isn't even guaranteed a safe way to play.
In the meantime, groups like the Smogovac fans, the White Lions, and several others have formed, and honestly, let them go ahead and try to stir up some chaos...
"Chicago doesn't have a complex or powerful core of die-hard fans, which is why we see such a theatrical, almost staged atmosphere at Dynamo, the Lakers, the local Handball team, and so on—teams that actually deserve much better support. It seems everyone just gave up on them, and now, out of sheer helplessness and frustration, you people push back against anything that doesn't align with your views, while the rest of the crowd stays quiet and refuses to think critically about it."
We really need to address this. People turned their backs on the Lakers as far back as 1989, and since that Cibona-AEK matchup, the relationship has been hit-or-miss at best. As for the Handball team, things fell apart once those small-timers took over. Besides, regarding the idea that we're obligated to cheer for all those clubs—look, we're football fans. If there were a truly elite sports organization like Dynamo worth following, maybe then we'd show up.
Alright, let’s get serious for a moment. Yesterday felt like the absolute peak of our struggle—having 300 people out there boycotting was a statement. I know the bans and the "safety precautions" are all in play, but still, isn't that number a bit low? What’s the next move here? By using those entry bans and blacklists, Zdravko Mamić effectively cleared us out of Maksimir, which was clearly his endgame. Is there any way to work through the lawyers who were involved previously to get names scrubbed from those lists, or is there anything else we can actually do to push back against this?
Zachary Sullivan2 said:I was wondering if there was actually less tension at this game given our numbers, or if I just missed it? Aside from that idiot demanding my ID and insisting I write everything down on some scrap of white paper, I didn't notice any real difference compared to how things were about a year and a half ago.🤷
I don't know, it really depends on how you look at it. I actually had to unbutton my hoodie and pull my undershirt out of my waistband just to get a better look at what was going on underneath. Honestly, what an idiot. Who even deals with this stuff? Anyway, let's just move on...
budha 1980 says: Maybe you younger guys are constantly looking back, but please, don't mess with our heads by acting like your era was somehow superior just because you have more documentation. Those few photos you posted could easily have been found in the archives of velvetfalcon80 from back then, too. The difference is, for the years leading up to 2005 or 2006, you don't have a full season's worth of photo galleries, whereas we certainly do. My memory serves me quite well, and I distinctly remember during that 2000/2001 season match against Varteks—which we lost 0:4—there were literally ten different banners reading "Respect Our Symbols." There were plenty of other examples like that, but unfortunately, you just don't have the pictures to prove it. And I'm talking strictly about our home games here.
That's true; there were a few of us holding up banners, but most of us were actually perched at the very top of the stands because the rain was absolutely pouring down during the entire match...
Public Enemy & Ice-T back in '94 was absolutely legendary. I really wish I could've made it, but I was stuck serving in the military over in San Francisco and they wouldn't let me out. What a missed opportunity.
