Hmm, I actually stopped by that venue before they did their whole rebranding and name change thing—but besides the look, I think the pricing shifted too. On one hand, I heard they’re just renting out the space alone now $5333, but then again, there's some talk about $7333,

We’re pushing ourselves to make sure it’s perfect—not just because we want it to look good, but because we feel like we've already committed to this vision. And honestly? No regrets. I highly doubt we'll ever regret going all out. Of course, I have to micromanage every single vendor just like anyone else would—from the florist to the band—to ensure everything goes strictly according to plan. That includes the photographer, whether it's someone like Krizmanić or Hoyka and mar Milin.]
At the end of the day, the only thing that actually matters is that you and your partner are happy with the final shots. If the finished product makes you both smile, then the job was done right—at least, that's my take on it. 😁
At the end of the day, I really care about what the actual take-home pay looks like after everything is settled. But honestly, both Morgan Stewart50 and I are from the Midwest, so we know how things work out there.
Morgan Stewart50 said:The Krizmanić Photography family studio is truly something else. They’re probably the most famous photographers in Columbus, and honestly, their calendar is booked so far in advance it feels like you need to schedule a session years ahead of time, haha! I mean, they are just incredibly high in demand... though I can't quite put my finger on where all their clients are coming from specifically...
See, that’s really just a matter of personal taste. I actually had the chance to look at some work from Krizmanić Photography, and honestly? The DVD was great, but the actual photos... not so much. I don't know—everything with the wedding shots felt like it was coming out of the same mold, just the same old poses over and over again. It felt kind of lackluster. Then again, who knows? Maybe I just caught them on an off day when they were having a bit of a slump. Either way, for me, the DVD was fine, but the 👍 photos 👎 weren't quite there.
No offense intended, but that's just my honest 🙂 take on his photography style.
That banquet hall in Petrovac—you seriously don't get nearly enough food compared to other spots. I've got a reliable source on this... and honestly, what's the point? It's way too expensive
Who knows—maybe that woman in the photo thought I was asking just so she could mess with me, since I look like I’m barely fourteen or fifteen. Zachary Booth3, any idea what the per-chair rates are looking like, or what it costs to just rent out one of the other studios over at the Navy base?
So, about a month or two ago, I reached out to a local photographer to get some info on pricing, packages, and how many shots they usually include. She was being all sweet and "customer service friendly," telling me that yes, every package comes with a set number of photos—but then she drops this gem: she says they don't shoot inside the reception hall, and when I asked her roughly how many photos they actually take during a wedding, she just goes, "Well, one for every guest." Um, okay? Who knows... maybe she was just some rookie, or maybe she was a little too high on something else entirely.????????
frozengull0, when was this wedding you saw photos from?
For anyone actually looking for advice—and look, I have nothing against the vendors who absolutely nailed their weddings—I’ve been hearing some pretty bad things lately. There's this photography studio out of a small town in the Midwest, Viki, and the feedback is brutal. One groom was telling me they didn't capture a single shot of the wedding cake being brought into the hall, nor did they get anything during the exit from the church. The video footage? Just tragic. It's mostly just someone filming straight ahead before suddenly whipping the camera up toward the ceiling. Total disaster. 👎
It isn't overpriced, though. I actually stopped by a local shop to ask about their rates for photo and video packages $1.50
Then there's Rahela Photography, also based out of that same area, charging around $5,000 $2.50. But apparently, the number of photos you get is basically tied to how many guests show up—and she mentioned they don't even shoot inside the reception hall, at least that's what I heard 😠
