But what happens if I’m staring at some generic payment slip that I actually have to fill out myself? That seems to be the real headache here, because when I try using something like Wise, everything just revolves around the IBAN. There isn't really any way to input specific details like a payment model or a reference number, which I guess makes things pretty complicated when you need to be precise...

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there’s actually a way to settle utility bills—you know, things like electricity or water—using a Wise card? I mean, I realize I could just grab all my physical statements, head down to a local Western Union or a similar payment center, and pay them via card right there at the counter, but that seems like such a hassle. I’m more curious if there's some sort of way to handle this whole thing from my couch without having to leave the house.
Opening a foreign currency account... in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
Hey there, so I went ahead and set up a foreign currency account at Bank of America today, specifically in Euros. My main goal here is just to handle some online payments using my debit card, but I have a few lingering questions about how this all works.

First off, if I were to deposit, say, $5 into the account, am I going to get hit with some sort of transaction fee just for making that deposit?

Also, if I happen to deposit funds in U.S. dollars, does the system just automatically convert those over to Euros, and if so, what kind of conversion fees should I be expecting to see?

I was also wondering about the easiest way to check my balance—is there a specific fee for checking it, and can I just manage everything through their online banking portal?

Lastly, could someone clarify what the annual maintenance fees look like for holding an account like this?
So, I happened to stumble upon these LEDs that supposedly put out a warm light at around 6000K, though I suppose calling that "warm" might be a bit of a stretch depending on how you look at it, I guess.

I don't really have any idea how I’m supposed to go about starting a thread like this, but here goes nothing, I suppose.
Basically, I’m on the hunt for some kind of LED floodlight—nothing fancy, really—that I could just mount here and there to light up the backyard if, you know, someone happens to be out there late at night having a drink or whatever.

Something along these lines, maybe:

I need it to run on standard 120V power, and if possible, I’d really prefer something with a warm light temperature; I absolutely cannot stand that harsh, clinical white light that feels like it’s staring right into your soul and giving you a massive headache.
