Should we let go of our feelings?

Kids shouldn't have to deal with all those heavy emotions—if Mom and Dad have enough good karma, they’ll end up doing all the emotional heavy lifting for them until they're seventy!

Basically, dopamine handles that "feel good" vibe while simultaneously killing your need for sleep—which then wrecks your dopamine receptors. Those exact receptors and dopamine levels are what trigger psychosis... that was the whole point of the post...
And whether they're produced *exactly* inside it isn't even the main issue... because I said the pineal gland is basically synonymous with what's called the "Third Eye" in Hinduism, given that the gland looks like an eye in cross-section. This whole "opening your third eye" thing is way more complex than whatever you think you learned from ten minutes of Googling. Plus, the "Third Eye" isn't some physical object tucked away somewhere—it’s more like a functional position within the body...
It's all linked to dopamine, serotonin, and melatonin. Go ahead, study those interactions for another ten minutes if you want to be an even bigger Clown...
Besides, the guy above actually wrote exactly what he meant...
Then there's you, acting like you've got a PhD in psychology when you don't even know the basic terms—just cutting and pasting posts, lying (like saying you did 8 + 4 years of high school and then somehow graduated in 10 days, haha, what a "smart" Clown)... You grab "intelligence" from Google in the ten minutes it takes to craft a rebuttal, and then have the nerve to tell others to read more carefully...
In a real conversation, you wouldn't even know what to say... someone smarter would just absolutely shred your arguments...

Now, I should probably clarify—I'm not even getting hung up on how absolutely necessary it is to shut your brain up in the first place.

The universe is just chaotic. You can't have perfect justice where everyone gets the exact same deal all the time. If an asteroid hits us, that's just cosmic luck. We were handed this life without asking for it, so we don't really have a leg to stand on when complaining about "unfairness" or demanding we have the same life as someone living in total luxury.
David Vaughn75 said:So why on earth would you throw a quote about testing Him in my face?
You totally missed my point here.
Look, you swear by the miracles in the Bible and all that—but what if some guy walks up to you today, claims he’s the Son of God, and tells you to follow him? If he starts claiming he can walk on water, would you actually buy that? You say there’s no reason not to believe the Bible, but fine—so why wouldn't you apply that same logic to someone making those exact same claims right in front of you today?
Zachary Cox69 said:I actually meant to direct this toward him rather than you—it's clear you're the one who actually gets the point.
Zachary Cox69 said:Where and how exactly did Paul test God?
Zachary Cox69 said:Jesus Satan said, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down—because it's written that He will command His angels to protect you."
And Jesus answered, "Do not put the Lord your God to the test."
So, there’s your answer right there.

;]Because Jesus Christ told them to:
And He said to them: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons, they will speak in new tongues, they will pick up snakes; and if they drink anything fatal, it will not hurt them. They will place their hands on the sick, and they will recover."
After he said this, the Lord Jesus was taken up into heaven and sat at the right hand of God.
So, a fake Jesus led some people to handle snakes, claiming faith in Him would protect them from venom.
That’s just how you sound when you read Jesus superficially. He called certain Pharisees a "brood of vipers"—you don't think he actually meant they were literal snakes, right? Or when He used metaphors like "whitewashed tombs" or told people, "You have the Devil as your father" (which, honestly, he'd say to you too).
Jesus speaks in imagery—think about it. He basically implies that nothing can touch you unless God allows it. Look at Paul—the Bible says he was bitten by a snake and walked away totally fine. There are always fools in every faith, just like there are in atheism. You can't escape it. Christianity isn't immune to stupidity. People like that have nothing to do with Christ.

The problem is you just don't get it right now because you're coasting on good karma—you're basically burning through a savings account you didn't even earn. But mark my words, when karma finally decides to slap you across the face and snap your spine, you're gonna spiral straight into total darkness because you won't have a clue what you did to mess things up so badly.
