Everything you need for a Midwest wedding in Weddings ·
If you're looking for a makeup artist, I’d highly suggest checking out Esther’s salon in Indianapolis and seeing Annmarie. I've had her do my lash extensions and full makeup before 😍

Shoutout to the cookies from Josipovac (Dundo). I picked up a single pound to test the waters, and they were gone within fifteen minutes among a group of six... My aunt suggested five pounds would cover my forty guests, but given how quickly we polished them off, I’m leaning toward eight kilos alongside the cakes...
Recommendation 👍

Personally, I think they're wonderful... we usually grab some for Christmas or Easter, and they’re just lovely—really delicious and they look great, too, since everything is sliced so neatly.
A kilogram is about $22, their standard cakes run between 180 and $67, and if you're looking at wedding cakes, those go from 800 to 1300.
They have their own webpage with photos of all their different cakes and pastries, so you can probably get the best feel for what they offer by checking that out.
Hope that helps a bit...

Thanks so much. I'll give them a call to see if they do tasting samples.

Has anyone here tried the cakes or pastries from Dundo from Josipovac?

Since I can't seem to get any traction on the wedding dress thread 😢 I thought I'd try my luck here. Does anyone have a recommendation for a talented seamstress in Indianapolis or the surrounding area? 🙂
Flu symptoms in Health ·
So, the flu finally caught up with me, even though I got vaccinated. My doctor mentioned it should be a milder version than if I hadn't taken the shot. Right now, my temperature is hovering around 99-100°F; no headaches, but my throat is sore and I feel incredibly weak 😢. Aside from maybe a quick one-day cold here and there, I haven't been sick in fifteen years.
To those of you who also got the shot, stay vigilant... some tea, plenty of Vitamin C, and keep your distance from anyone contagious 😉
