I ended up seeing the doctor for those exact same reasons. I wasn't showing any symptoms of an actual illness or anything, mind you. The concentration was set at something higher than 10x5, and until that point, we were actually coexisting quite peacefully with those bugs. The treatment lasted for ten days, and after that, everything settled down perfectly.
