Is it possible for me to jump back in now? My internet connection is finally back up and running again—thank goodness!

Honestly, I believe any therapy is effective if the patient actually feels better afterward—even if it’s just a matter of personal suggestion. Of course, this assumes the treatment doesn't carry negative side effects (and by that, I mean elements involving chemistry, physics, or biology...)
Whether we are talking about faith and what might seem like a simple prayer, or perhaps certain natural juices and supplements...
Sometimes, I suppose, we just become skeptical. We stop believing in alternative approaches, and everything starts to feel like just more nonsense that leaves us sinking even deeper into the mess. Please excuse my choice of words—I’m just currently going through a phase of intense anger and rage, something I truly thought I had moved past a long time ago.
And yes, it can be quite pathetic and sad, but I guess some people don't necessarily develop empathy after facing major life tragedies.
One part of me tried to live composedly, realistically, "by the book"; meanwhile, another part was struggling with feelings of helplessness, anger, sadness, pain, fury, grief, resentment...
And now.... now I am in this second phase... And as much as I feel terrible, I actually feel (believe it or not) somewhat good, because I’m hoping this process will purge everything from within me—that it won't just build up until I eventually explode....

They ended up removing her uterus, ovaries, and a portion of her large intestine—even though they initially thought the tumor started in the ovaries. The surgery lasted about six hours, but she is recovering quite wonderfully. The doctors seem really pleased with how things went, although they did have to fit her with a bag, which has left us all in a bit of a shock—though I’m hopeful this isn't a permanent thing. She’ll be starting chemotherapy soon. She’s 57, and I just pray she can pull through this whole ordeal. The pathology results confirmed it was malignant cancer.
I am familiar with those issues regarding the bag. Not personally, of course, but...
It might take her a little while to adjust to it, and maybe it will even feel uncomfortable from time to time.
Jessica Taylor62 made a good point to you. 👍
Cranberry tea recipes?

Or, if you prefer going to a specialty health food store, you could grab some dried cranberries and brew your own batch... I guess. That kind of tea is supposedly quite effective for flushing out your urinary tract.
I definitely agree 👍

If you don't mind my asking, what exactly is the concept for the site?
I mean—how were you planning to structure it?
Warm greetings to everyone...
I’ve been skimming through some of the posts—please forgive me, but I just haven't had the strength to read everything yet, as the tears started flowing quite suddenly and rather painfully....
I suppose I feel a bit of regret that I wasn't able to talk things through with anyone (specifically those who were walking a similar path) while everything was actually happening—back when the pain was fresh, and even later when things ended up being even more difficult than expected.
It really is heartening to see that there is support available here—that there's a space where we can all gather, find some virtual comfort, and offer advice to one another...
As for my own story.... perhaps another time. Right now, I truly am not up to it. It hurts quite badly....
