I’m assuming you already know which firm is handling the case.
Right, I've got the contact info for the enforcement officer, so I'll just give them a ring and ask. Thanks for the input.
So, I managed to get my hands on an enforcement order, only to immediately lose it. Does anyone know where I can go to grab another copy? Should I be looking for a notary at the local courthouse or something? I have the case number handy, but honestly, I'm completely lost on who actually handles this stuff. Any advice would be appreciated.
About two years ago, I went through two knee surgeries, and honestly, I’ve just let everything slide since then. Aside from some basic rehab and a bit of running, I haven't touched any other training—especially nothing involving stretching. To be blunt, I’m in pretty catastrophic shape right now. I’m reaching out because if anyone has any advice, maybe a good book recommendation, or even just a solid YouTube series, I’d really appreciate it. Most of what I find online is just a bunch of random, isolated exercises, but I’m looking for a complete, structured program. I’m actually terrified of working out without a plan; I feel like my knees ended up in this mess because I was just winging it. Now, whenever I try to stretch, I have this nagging fear that all my tendons—from my groin to my knees—are just going to snap. Thanks in advance to everyone for the help.
