Chemistry and sexual tension in Psychology ·
There are certain days within the month when we inadvertently present parts of ourselves that go largely unnoticed by the world—most often quite unconsciously—and we dress accordingly, only to suddenly find ourselves met with a heavy, lingering weight of gazes clinging to us. I suspect women possess an innate understanding of exactly which days these are; any explanation would likely be akin to the behavior of honeybees, a sort of primal instinct, something that simply sizzles in the air and shouts, "I am here."
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
I’m not entirely sure if anyone else has brought up Nimesul here, but my doctor actually prescribed me the granules. Since back in 2005, every single time I get my period, the first day is just a total nightmare—I end up dealing with vomiting and diarrhea. Then, starting around 2012, things took a turn for the worse because I began experiencing these tremors and bouts of vertigo; that was actually the moment I finally decided to see a gynecologist for the first time. After we sat down and discussed everything, they prescribed the Nimesul granules because, based on my symptoms, it seems like I'm either dealing with severe cramping or perhaps some ovarian cysts. The thing is, as soon as I feel even a hint of pain and take one of those granules, it provides immediate relief, but my real struggle is that I can't always catch the pain early enough. If I don't get ahead of it and take the medication right away, the vomiting starts all over again. Back in the day, I used to take Ketoral Forte on my own, though honestly, I usually just ended up falling asleep after taking it.
Sleep and Insomnia Help in Psychology ·
John Phillips5 said:🙂 I really need some help here because I feel like I’m losing my mind. I honestly don't know what is happening to me lately. Here is the situation: I cannot fall asleep at night to save my life. The only way I actually get any rest is during the day, once the sun is up or sometime in the afternoon. I can pull double shifts at work—twelve-hour days or longer—and even when I am absolutely exhausted, I just can't drift off until maybe 3:00 AM. And even then, if I do manage to catch a nap, it lasts maybe thirty minutes before I snap awake and that's it for the night. It sounds silly, but there is this intense pressure in my forehead that just won't let me sleep; it forces me to stay active. My whole body feels flooded with this crazy surge of adrenaline, so I have to keep moving just to cope—tossing from side to side, kicking my legs, fidgeting with something. It makes sleeping impossible, even though I am bone-tired. I don't know. Sometimes I feel like I'm just going to burst into tears; I genuinely feel like I'm going crazy. I'm 19 years old and this has been happening for the last month. Hey everyone, if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I would be incredibly grateful.

Try drinking some warm milk or herbal tea and just focus on the taste and the aroma to calm your thoughts; if that doesn't work, you really should go see a doctor.
