Overthinking everything

Maybe start looking for their flaws. What are they actually doing wrong?
And don't view them as some unified front. They only give off that impression... they aren't actually a cohesive unit.
It’s just a crowd that will find someone else to mock if you aren't around. If it isn't you today, they'll pivot to someone else tomorrow...
Tell me, how much is this actually getting under your skin?
Is it truly impacting your day-to-day mood?
Look, I already said I don't love this job. My main fear is that all their petty drama might end up jeopardizing my position. It’s not like I can’t find work elsewhere—I know I'd just end up in the same cycle, just like my last job. But I don't want to leave. I want to deal with this. When I hear something nasty, I completely spiral. I'll be a wreck for two days, and then I finally snap out of it. Honestly, they make the exact same mistakes I do. They're late sometimes or forget a task, but because I'm wired differently (unfortunately), I don't make a scene or run to the manager just because SOMEONE missed a tiny detail. Meanwhile, others do exactly that. I genuinely don't get how people live like that.
I should mention, once every two years or so, the boss will drop a comment during a team meeting that applies to me. He won't call me out by name, but I'll know it's about me and I'll speak up. Looking back, that was a mistake. Other than that, nothing. Ever. Though I know certain people go to him and blow things way out of proportion.
