In the time it took you to type out this post, you could have simply hopped onto Google and searched for the updated anti-riot statutes. Perhaps you just have a preference for having other people do your heavy lifting for you.

It gives people the opportunity to make life miserable for everyone else around them by insisting on their own specific interpretations of how things should work—or shouldn't work. It’s the same old story with the Bulldog and Ohm.
Similarly, this space serves our younger lions—though they haven't truly stepped up yet—as a place to dump their anger and frustration. They're starting to mature, often faster than other fans who haven't quite realized yet just how much posturing and hypocrisy exists in the supporter culture.
Your constant demand for respect on forums and similar platforms simply because you travel to San Francisco or Small town, USA, is proof that you haven't fully grown up. Stop looking for a medal for doing what you consider to be your way of life. You go to San Francisco or Small town, USA because you are Bad Boys, not so you can shove it in the faces of those "indoor soccer fans" later.
Serious supporters don't debate these matters in such a manner. It always comes down to being "real." To actually be "real," you need more than just grit in your chest, legs, and hands; you need to have something in your head, too. There is a baseline level of commitment required: modesty and, above all, the character to submit oneself to something greater than any individual—something that existed long before us and will remain long after we are gone.

They also pioneered that whole thing with the small dual flags back in '94, which they basically ripped off from the English fans. Sorry for going off-topic here...

They probably just took a page out of the English playbook.

Now that the public is actually paying attention, we need to pull together a group of legal experts immediately to draft proposed amendments to those unconstitutional articles. We have a window right now—and I mean a serious, "act fast" kind of window—to secure backing from the heavyweights in the legal community. With the election campaign heating up, politicians are finally looking for something to latch onto. If we don't seize this momentum while the spotlight is on us, we'll have only ourselves to blame.

I can't say I'm surprised by the current state of affairs. It feels like we're constantly circling the same drain, watching the same patterns repeat themselves while everyone acts shocked when things inevitably go sideways. It’s exhausting, really. You start out with high hopes, thinking maybe this time the leadership will actually show some backbone, but then you see the same old excuses being recycled like they're brand new ideas. It's just more of the same. kaže:
That’s exactly my point. We need to seize this moment while we have it—capitalize on the current political climate and the intense public scrutiny before the news cycle moves on to something else.
It’s the same old broken record, isn't it? People just parrot the same tired argument over and over again like a bunch of parrots: "If we're being scrutinized, why aren't Jerry Jones, Supraha, and that whole rest of the crew with their shady files being targeted too?"😵

The dogs bark, but the caravan keeps moving.

Thomas Williams59 said:Look, man, just read what the court actually decided regarding those "insights" under Section 34a. They even explicitly state how the FBI justified it back then. It wasn't about some "insight" or any rights belonging to a civic association; it was strictly about the court and the police. Unless I'm blind or misreading this ruling:

So, there were no private "insights"—not like the nonsense they’re pushing now or how they penalized 1,000 Bad Boys against Indianapolis—it was done exclusively through the method described above.

You're referencing an incorrect post.

Jonathan Edwards said:Have you ever shown up to a nightclub entrance only to have the bouncer refuse to let you in?

The court doesn't care if some organization is being subsidized by taxpayer money. For instance, take an attempt in the Swamp/Unity (meaning we're talking about an association funded by public money operating on city-owned property) to hold a gathering for the National Front. What kind of court are you going to appeal to when they turn you away?

I don't like you, and I don't want you at the event I'm organizing.
I don't like you, and I don't want you in the space I manage.
...

Who am I supposed to complain to in those scenarios? Which law am I meant to cite?

I think I finally grasp the point you're trying to make.😛👍 With all the media scrutiny and the protests heating up lately, who knows? There might actually be a chance it goes through.

As far as I can tell, everything is legally airtight. It’s as clean as a whistle. 👍

If things actually go south, don't be fooled into thinking that taking to the streets or facing a media onslaught will be the main event. Those are just minor skirmishes in what is essentially an asymmetric war being fought on a dozen different fronts simultaneously.

Mark Carter10 said:In my view, they can't just justify banning a specific club or individual without a court ruling backing them up...

Maybe I'm missing something here, but...

Have you ever actually stood outside a nightclub and had the bouncer turn you away at the door?

The courts don't give a damn about whether an organization is partially funded by taxpayers. Take, for example, an attempt to hold a rally for the American National Front at the Swamp/Unity—which, mind you, is an association using public funds operating out of a city-owned venue. What kind of legal recourse do you actually have if they deny you entry?

"I don't like you, and I don't want you at the event I'm organizing."
"I don't like you, and I don't want you on the premises I manage."

Mark Carter10 said:Sure, but if they want to issue a ban based on some police request, a judge has to sign off on that. What I’m getting at here is something else entirely....
Let them take it to court, then. Let them actually try to prove to a judge why critics need to be silenced in the first place.

In my view, if they are capable of justifying these vague, ill-defined notions, they won't have any trouble justifying their lists, either.

Sarah Stewart6 said:What’s with all this noise over something that’s been sitting right in front of us for two and a half years? When people actually started asking valid questions—like why we aren't seeing vouchers or why there isn't any personalization—everyone just rolled their eyes or brushed it off. They’d claim we were being watched anyway, or that "the higher-ups already have everything under control without needing vouchers."

There is honestly no point in trying to explain things when more than half the crowd is mindlessly buying tickets through the USSF, while certain individuals within the group are busy pushing their own agendas about how vouchers should work.

Mark Carter10 said:III. PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2. PERSONAL AND POLITICAL LIBERTIES AND RIGHTS
Article 22.
Human freedom and personality are inviolable.
No one shall have their freedom taken away or restricted, except where provided by law, as determined by a court.

>>> excerpt from the US Constitution

Just so you get a sense of the reasoning the Supreme Court uses regarding the detention clause in the ZosnŠN.

4. The question remains for the Supreme Court to answer: is Article 34.a of the ZosnŠN proportionate to the legitimate goal it seeks to achieve?

Starting from the established legitimacy of state intervention in individual rights—when it is undeniably proven that a certain individual was explicitly threatening constitutional values such as respect for the freedoms and rights of others, the legal order, public morality, or public health—the Supreme Court determines that the public interest and the right of other people to attend sporting events without interference or danger outweigh individual interests. Therefore, according to the Supreme Court's assessment, the contested preventive measure is proportionate to its legitimate goal.

Do you honestly still believe fans can successfully invoke human rights?
They only understand force, and force is the only way to answer them.

casualwolf48 said:A friend just tipped me off—Mamić, Antolić, and some players are over on Savska near the Veterans' gathering. If I try to head out from home now, there's no way I'll make it. He wasn't even there when I was visiting the other day. I honestly can't believe this guy, this absolute trash who spends his evenings dining with Mexican war criminals, is actually showing up at a veterans' event. Shouldn't he be trying to curry favor with the veterans and the Republican Party instead? Next thing you know, we'll see support for Kolinda, her face plastered all over Yankee Stadium, or worse, seeing mercenaries in the North stands hoisting Bad Boys banners alongside the GOP.
Earth, just swallow us whole. We should have been organized, led by those of us who actually saw combat, and marched straight down to Savska.
Some things truly need to happen to us.
The younger generation has no respect for their elders, and the older ones refuse to respect the leadership of the youth. We are fracturing ourselves deeper every single day. I am just so incredibly angry, weary, and disillusioned right now. I didn't fight in the war for four years to see this. I feel like going down there myself and burning everything to the ground—them included. I’m losing my mind. If it weren't for my family, whom I owe far too much to, I might actually act. Or maybe I'd just end up back in prison like they did in Paris. Mamić being with the veterans... I bet he even brought gifts.
America, please, just open up and swallow us all.

People headed down to Savska right at the start, about 50 folks, offering their support. But as usual, it wasn't turned into some media spectacle because nobody showed up to promote it.

Actually, wouldn't it be better if someone with a bit more backbone than those two took care of it?

So, you're telling me that group did everything in their power just to stay clear of the Chicago Blackhawks fans on the way there?!?!? The Boys weren't even in California to begin with, but I guess they have more pressing issues to deal with than that.

The Boys were doing their best to dodge any ambushes, but in the end, most of them got caught and spent the rest of the match being interrogated by the authorities. From what I’m hearing, a portion of the group managed to push further past Karlovačka County, though I haven't heard exactly how far they actually made it.

Oh, this narrow town, oh, these small-minded souls,
Oh, this crowd that grows more blind with every passing day,
Oh, these hollow heads, oh, these empty chests,
And that same old, mindless, daily perspective!
What use is an honest mind that judges with clarity,
What use is the soul's vigor or a heart that dares to dream,
What use is passion, freedom, or justice when they are craved,
When amidst such cowards, what value does true courage hold?
