Checking out the live feeds from Ukraine, and honestly, it’s just total peace and quiet right now.

Kazakhstan basically gave Russ the middle finger when it comes to sending troops to Ukraine or recognizing Lugansk and Donetsk. They pretty much told Putin to get lost, which is wild considering Russia was supposedly playing the hero just a month ago.

It really feels like the whole "Russian world" thing has shrunk down to just two people: that lunatic over in Minsk and a heavily botoxed Putin.

Milwaukee day after hitting the gym again 6'4"/203lbs

My wife absolutely lost her mind when she last saw me at 190 lbs, so now I’m strictly forbidden from dropping below this weight.

mellowraven8, why are you even stressing about the scale? Just lift the heavy stuff and call it a day..

Look at me, sitting here at 265+ lbs and 6'3", I couldn't care less about the numbers on the scale anymore. As long as I don't have a double chin, I'm golden—men are intimidated by me, and honestly, women don't seem to mind, if anything...sending love from my bed🤣

Seriously, what are you smoking? ☕

Let's be real, looking at the mid-term—let alone the long haul—the European Union is in a pretty rough spot... things usually start sliding once the expansion phase hits a wall, and the EU is already well into its contraction phase.

Look, man, they're basically part of the EU in everything but name. They still end up cutting checks to the EU budget—like how Norway might fund a new federal courthouse over in San Francisco.
