Looking at this statute, I don't see where they actually have the right to demand my ID

Also, does anyone know what "providing for inspection" actually entails?
Does that just mean showing them the card?

analogheron19 said:Sure, whatever you say. I’d love to see someone point out where else this is being discussed, besides one single article that just repeats the same thing. Lately, all I hear about is how they might rephrase the rules, not actually scrap them.
It’s obvious nobody in this damn country actually knows what’s going on. Not the negotiators, not the people sitting across the table from them, and certainly not the fans. Nobody has even bothered to read the full text of the law. All bark and no bite.

Here is your "expert" institute

Everyone thinks they're an expert, but...☕ God, this whole country is run like a mob boss outfit...

It’s like you haven't seen this guy on TV before.
He’s just going to sit there spinning yarns about payroll and holiday bonuses.
If Perasovic were in the studio with him, maybe there'd be something to it. Otherwise, how is this guy supposed to talk for four hours without anyone throwing a single tough question his way?

🍿

The show only works if he has a guest to balance him out.
Even then, once things get a little sensitive, he just starts losing it and hurling insults, so it wouldn't amount to much anyway.

If he actually wanted to defend himself, he could have answered when the Bad Boys cornered him, but even then, he dodged the subject instantly.
We all know what happens to any journalist who tries to ask him anything substantial.☕

What a show. It was nothing more than a circus ☕

It’s clear they don't have any answers to the actual questions being asked... so I'm expecting the usual routine this Sunday.

The day everything fell apart.😁

You people are hilarious. Mamic isn't nearly dim enough to let anyone ask him actual questions...
It’s like you’re all seeing this guy on TV for the first time.
He’s just going to show up and drone on about payroll and holiday bonuses.
If Perasovic were in the studio with him, maybe there’d be some substance. As it stands, how long can this guy talk for four hours without anyone actually challenging him?

Do you honestly think they found anything useful after the North Stand post? 🤣

Yeah

My version above was a bit more detailed.

Robin Anderson8 said:"The FBI maintains the exclusive records for these three groups. Field units update our database by logging individuals and the subsequent incidents. Based on this data, fans are categorized into three tiers," Borovec continued.

Those three groups are:

a) minor offenses where there is no indication of repeat behavior
b) fans who show up to the stadium intoxicated or under the influence
c) habitual offenders

Now we just need to pull the file on every incident involving Mamić, Svetin, Sinovčić, Šupraha, Šuker, and Širić, then ask Borovec why those people are still hanging around American stadiums...

There was plenty of this nonsense during the 3 PM games too.

Can't even be drunk at a game anymore. Unbelievable. 😁 😵

That’s the real question everyone knows the answer to.
And for some reason, nobody bothers asking it during those loud TV debates. That's the problem.

Anyway, there was some chatter about American soccer live today,
but I just couldn't bring myself to finish it.

You Chicago Blackhawks fans know better than anyone who he’s actually siding with in this fight against the traitors. He uses the same signature and always tells people to reach out to him directly. Such a massive ego. He can't fool me; I know exactly who he is.

I doubt it's him.
He only shows up when someone calls him out on the forum. I don't think he's gone and cloned himself.

Well, I’m done playing games with this situation. Whether it’s a total scam or not, I’ve seen enough.

What now? It’s hardly noisy.🤷

I’ll grab some cabbage rolls, then hit the patio across the street for a beer.
Then maybe a quick walk across the road toward the stadium.
😁

Jesse Campbell, you're bold asking about coming to Washington, D.C. unless you're already on my blacklist.

So, what’s left for a Los Angeles FC supporter to actually do?

- Unfortunately, this kind of club misconduct doesn't trigger any specific legal sanctions under current statutes.

So we're stuck just venting to the press?

- Any further legal recourse would have to stem from civil litigation between the club and the fans as individual contract holders. That moves us into an entirely different arena—one involving complex legalities and the heavy burden of proving wrongful conduct by Los Angeles FC.

Like I said before, they’ll keep doing whatever they want while you sit there complaining...

Even if there were, the local pro football club shouldn't be the ones calling the shots on that.

Maybe they can't legally do it, but their goal is simple: purge the troublemakers during big European matches, which are going great for them right now.
The matchup against the St. Louis team was the perfect excuse to weed out most of the crowd.
By the time the law officially confirms the team isn't allowed to enforce bans based on collective responsibility, this season will be over. Then they'll move on to the matchups against the Lakers, New York, and Miami... at that point, who cares if someone raises an eyebrow?
