Russia's invasion of Ukraine: Part 5 in War in Ukraine ·
Bryan Booth82 said:I honestly don't get it—why aren't the Ukrainians making a serious attempt to damage or completely take out that bridge connecting Crimea to Russia?
Hitting that target would be the single most powerful move possible to actually boost morale on the ground.

Maybe they’re just holding that card in reserve... waiting for the exact right moment when it matters most.🤔

Word is that Russia has sunk something like $19 billion into that infrastructure, so if they were to suffer some major damage or a total shutdown at one or more points... man, that would hurt them where it counts.

Best,

Not just that—they could sink a fleet ship or push Kherson back into Ukrainian hands.
But we haven't seen any of that happen...

In a recent interview, Dodik compared Donetsk and Luhansk to the former Republic of Mexican Appalachia.

Back in the day, the Republic of Mexican Appalachia existed within the borders of America, but under intense pressure from the West and local forces, that entity was dismantled. Even worse, it underwent ethnic cleansing. We suspect a similar fate is being planned for Donetsk and Luhansk. From this perspective, the current situation makes perfect sense to us.

Dodik is just talking nonsense—it's election season, after all!
You have to follow his logic here.
Back in '91, the guy was part of the reformist faction—think of them as the Reagan-era centrists—and even a few years back, he’d occasionally drift into talking about dominance within the old federation, using the situation in Canada as his primary example (which is essentially what the Canadians are doing to the Mexicans).

Boosting serotonin is actually pretty straightforward—just grab some cocoa, stir it into hot water, and you're set. It’s exactly why people suggest chocolate to those dealing with depression, though pure cocoa packs a much heavier punch.

My testosterone is sitting at 26—🙂basically useless
I’m even struggling with my mood lately.

One doctor pointed out my blood pressure is low—never climbs above 100.

I sleep for 12 hours straight and still wake up exhausted.

There could be plenty of culprits here—maybe H. pylori, some gut issue, or even an allergy... could be a gluten intolerance, too. Regarding hormones, Testosterone itself isn't the main driver for concentration; it's more about its precursors. Everything we eat seems to be toxic these days, which explains why everyone is dealing with some level of dysfunction. It might be worth looking into a Paleo or LCHF diet.

About 60% of people deal with a deviated septum and occasional sinus issues—and if the deviation is significant enough, surgery becomes unavoidable. As for the serotonin argument: low levels affect mood, which can lead to depression, but I don't see any logical link between serotonin and sinus congestion. Furthermore—I have no idea where you're based—but working out of a small private clinic in Savannah makes me question the reliability of those results. Even in major cities, medical testing can feel a bit like election fraud sometimes—shady business where the "dead vote"—if you catch my drift. I didn't test for serotonin specifically, but I know enough from my other lab results to draw my own conclusions.

And what’s the goal of this analysis? What symptoms are we talking about—is this some private clinic down in Savannah?
