Nah, I mean, yeah, it’s all good. At least my head isn't killing me, which is honestly the main thing.

Honestly, it really just depends on which specific brand you're using. For mine, I actually start on day 5 of my cycle (counting from day one of the period, obviously).

Then, you just move on to the next pack seven days after you finish the old one...

What I'm trying to say is, you should probably read the instruction leaflet inside the box. They definitely aren't all the same!

BTW, did you guys know that if you're taking something like antibiotics, it can actually make the pill less effective? So don't be too surprised if the pill "fails" you later on...

And yeah, that's usually written in the instructions too...

.. but hey, if it's from sex, it's honestly not even that scary...😁

It’s gonna hurt, you know. 😁

Let it happen then. I can handle a little bit of pain, I guess. I just really want to see what it's like to be with a real big shot for once... even if it's just a tiny bit. 😁
... if they say it’s gonna be a heavy hitter, I guess I might just go ahead and knock back a triple dose then...😁

It’s honestly pretty wild how much they've been downplaying this, especially since doctors here prescribe Diane-35 as a contraceptive and you can't even get your hands on them without a formal prescription from a physician.

It seems like these side effects were only really caught after the fact. Which, I guess, is just too late for some people, unfortunately.

I really hope this thread doesn't turn into a total anti-pill crusade. I mean, I still lean towards thinking that, cumulatively speaking, they probably saved more health outcomes by preventing unplanned pregnancies (and the resulting abortions) than they actually caused harm through side effects. Not to mention all the peace of mind and enjoyment people got from having safe sex without that constant fear of getting pregnant.

But now that we actually know about these harmful consequences, I suppose they really should be banned for use as birth control.
