BoLa said:Does anyone know any decent websites where I can pick up some Yoga basics for free?

Look, I’ve been hitting the Yoga mat for three months now and let me tell you... trying to teach yourself at home is a total disaster. I found some stuff online, sure, but then my instructor finally sat me down and explained that half those moves were way too advanced for a newbie... He gave me this analogy that actually made sense, though. He said trying to learn solo is basically like reading a book on how to perform surgery and then just grabbing a scalpel and heading into the OR. Seriously. If you don't do things right, you're looking at major setbacks—nasty muscle inflammation, or worse. Some poses are straight-up dangerous if you have high blood pressure or thyroid issues...
I don't want to lecture you, but honestly? Just take a few classes to start. At least get the fundamentals down, like the breathwork...

Best, 👋
And before you even think about starting any pills; listen up. Every six months or so, you gotta get this done: a full blood panel; liver function tests (bilirubin, AST, ALT, GGT); and check those platelets (!!! super important). Basically, almost any hormonal meds crank up the risk for blood clots, heart attacks, and all that bad stuff...

I already went in for those tests, everything came back fine, including my kidneys... plus, I don't really have health issues and I'm a non-smoker.
But after reading all this, I'm definitely hitting up my doctor again. That’s a given, for sure.
Thanks again, everyone,

Man, these E side effects have me seriously stressing out... like, should I even be taking them or what? My doctor basically prescribed them just to deal with this breakout mess and to get some facial hair growing. Hm, I guess all I can do is try them and see what happens... As for the breast growth, honestly, that’s kind of the silver lining. Right now they're basically just two slightly larger pimples, so any actual growth would actually be a win for me👍
Thanks for the input

I think we might have had a thread like this before, but I can’t find it now—maybe it got nuked or something. Anyway, look, I need some help from any girls out there using Diane 35 birth control. Can you explain the timing? Like, when am I supposed to start and when do I stop? I heard it helps with hair growth and those annoying breakouts on my neck, but is there anything else I should know? This is my first time ever dealing with birth control, so naturally, I’m freaking out with a million questions 😕 My doctor gave me a script, and I think he said to start on the fifth day of my cycle, then just skip the rest of the month and start again on day five...? But honestly, I wasn't really paying close attention and I'm totally lost

Please, give me all the details 🙏
