Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Could someone please help me out if you happen to know the answer... I was taking my second pack of Yasmin, but I stopped after the eighth pill... so, will I get my period in the next few days since I quit, or will it follow the usual pattern 28 days after my last period started?? ☕

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has dealt with something similar or might have some insight to share... I’m 18, and honestly, I’ve never experienced any breast tenderness before, not even right before my period. But about a week ago, things started feeling a bit sore, and while checking myself, I noticed these lumps—if that’s even the right word—in both breasts in the exact same spot, just on the outer side near my armpits. Now, I can also feel them lower down toward the nipples, and they only really hurt when I touch them. I tried doing a little digging online, but I couldn't find anything definitive; it’s all just vague suggestions like "maybe it's glandular inflammation" or "it's probably just hormones," and so on. I’d really appreciate hearing about your own experiences or any thoughts you might have. Anyway, I have an appointment scheduled for this Saturday. I’m trying to tell myself it’s nothing serious, but still... ☕

And let me be clear: you absolutely HAVE to see an OB/GYN, regardless of anything else.
It would certainly be much more convenient if the internet could solve all our medical issues—maybe we could even handle childbirth through a Zoom call at this rate.🙄

Honestly, don't be so dense. I was simply asking for some perspective, which is exactly what this damn forum is designed for, isn't it? If you're so convinced you know better, feel free to go handle everything online by yourself.☕

I’m 18 years old, and I just finished up an appointment with my gynecologist. Please don't take this the wrong way—I'm definitely not clueless—but I was honestly just curious if any of you have dealt with something similar. For about six months leading up to when I became sexually active, my cycle was perfectly regular, but lately, things have become quite unpredictable. I can't help but wonder if my body is just adjusting to these changes... or if there might be some other reason behind it.

Well, I would say that is more of an issue on your end

If someone else has already started a thread about this, then my apologies, but I really need to get this out there... ladies, please help me out here.
I had sexual intercourse for the very first time about three months ago, and honestly, I can’t seem to find any real answers online regarding what I'm experiencing. My big question is... is it actually possible for your menstrual cycle to become irregular after having sex for the first time? Like, could it cause periods to show up much earlier or be significantly delayed? My last period was ten days late, and now this current one is already nine days overdue... so, what on earth is going on?
