I am 100% switching my OB-GYN to a guy. Seriously, I actually had to be the one to demand all those preliminary tests before I’d even touch oral contraceptives. And of course—because life is just great like that—I’ve been blowing up her office line for two hours now and she’s nowhere to be found. Absolute joke.

It wasn't like I was dealing with any major issues or anything—maybe just some minor spotting right when I’d start a new cycle. Once, my period decided to show up on a Thursday evening instead of Wednesday, just to keep things interesting, I guess.
I need help ASAP!

So, I’ve been on Yasmin for three years—did all the tests before starting and everything came back totally fine—but then last month my gynecologist tells me (probably just because she's being paranoid, honestly) that I should switch to Logest. Apparently, that’s just what she tells everyone now. Typical, right?

Anyway, I finished the Yasmin pack and started the Logest after my seven-day break. About five days in, these absolutely brutal headaches kicked in. I figured they’d just pass or whatever, so I didn't stop taking them. I finished the last pill on Sunday, and even though my period arrived yesterday, the nausea and those killer headaches aren't letting up at all. I am officially done with birth control pills for a while, but I'm wondering—should I just tough it out and wait for the headaches to die down on their own, or do I actually need some kind of treatment to get my estrogen levels back to where they should be? Or is it even an estrogen thing? I tried chugging some Cafetene, but it doesn't do squat, and I don't usually get headaches like this.
