Honestly, I don't even know anymore if I actually want cosmetic surgery 😢, but I have this totally legitimate health question. I’ve got a deviated septum, which isn't causing any massive issues right now—except for one annoying thing. At night, there is zero chance of me breathing through my nose. I just can't get that deep enough breath I need to finally chill out and fall asleep. I try, really, but everything feels so congested, and then I just end up mouth-breathing without even realizing it. Is this actually a big deal? Like, am I some kind of weird outlier or are there tons of other people who sleep like this too? 😁
And yeah, it's definitely not winning any beauty pageants looking like a total idiot at night with my mouth hanging wide open 😁
Hey, you guys probably already covered this in the thread—please don't come for me! I'm terrible at scrolling through everything immediately. I did skim the last few pages, but it seems like most of the chatter is about getting cosmetic tweaks from private doctors. So, basically, if anyone could share their firsthand experience or a recommendation... how does the whole hospital setup actually work? I’ve got a deviated septum, and while I’d love to fix the aesthetics too, I’m talking super minimal here—nothing crazy, just wanting to smooth out that little bump on the left side. What’s the actual procedure like, and how does the billing side of things go? Also, should I be less confident about the results since I won't be paying some private specialist $1,000+ to handle it? 😢
So, it’s not like this is my absolute first box or anything—it’s definitely not my first day dealing with cheesecake 😁 actually, it doesn't even matter right now, but I just wanted to get that out there. Thursday is my 8th day off, which is when I start the new gig, you know? But whatever, I guess it all works out the same.
So, I know I don't strictly have to stick to the exact same time every single day—that's not the rule—but I was totally stressing out about when the "first day" actually counts. Like, since I had my dose after midnight, does that technically mean I started on Friday instead of Thursday? Because I definitely intended to start on Thursday... haha. Anyway, I’m probably just overthinking things and spiraling for no reason, but hey, it doesn't hurt to double-check, right? Thanks! 🙂
I actually registered specifically just to ask a totally dumb question because I'm such a klutz 😢
So, I was supposed to start a brand new pack today—but since I’m a total space cadet, I completely blanked and didn't take my pill until just now, like, 12:40 AM. Does that technically count as a new day? Like, did I totally screw up my whole schedule for the month 😢 or can I just keep taking them normally even if my timing is a little bit wonky? Also, just a heads-up, I usually take them in the evening, pretty late too.
