I stopped taking birth control pills a month ago. My period should be starting any day now, and the bloating is unbearable—I can't even sit down comfortably. Is this just a side effect of coming off the pill?😢

I had the exact same experience. It happened just this month. Now the aches are back, making it feel like my period is imminent.
