I’m currently taking Logest. Because of an ear infection, I was prescribed Klavocin, and now I’m spiraling—can you actually take birth control pills and Klavocin at the same time?
The instructions for Klavocin basically say to give your doctor a heads-up if you're on oral contraceptives, but honestly, I totally failed to mention it during my appointment. Help??

Here it is!😁 I'm finally here! Ugh... honestly, I actually felt like I needed to show up today because my stomach has started acting up.
I’m really hoping these cramps don't decide to stick around, because that’s honestly one of the main reasons I want to start on the pill in the first place—my periods have always been absolute torture.

Okay, so one last thing (maybe this sounds a little bit... hm... silly 😁), but does this period have to wrap up during this break, or can it kind of bleed into the time when I actually start taking the pills again? If you catch my drift...

Thanks for everything so far, ladies! 👍

Got another question for you all, and I’m really hoping someone can talk me off the ledge here.🙂
So, today marks day three of my pill break—it’s my first time ever using them this month. Like I mentioned before, I’ve been dealing with this constant brown discharge all month long, and honestly, it just won’t quit... and now I’m starting to get this sinking feeling that my actual period isn't going to show up at all... (which feels like it should have happened by now, right?) 😕 What happens if my period just stays MIA? Do I just finish this break normally and start back up with the next pack as scheduled, or what?!!
The manual says that if you don't get your period, there’s only a small chance you could be pregnant (assuming everything was taken perfectly), and that you shouldn't even bother seeing an OB-GYN unless you miss two cycles in a row. 🙄 But whatever, I’m still freaking out because I’m totally new to this whole damn pill thing and I feel so clueless about it. 🤷😢

So, I’ve got a bit of a situation I need to run by you guys: I just started taking birth control pills for the very first time. I’ve only got about four left in this pack before my scheduled break, and here’s the kicker—is it actually normal to deal with brown discharge for the entire month? I was reading through the fine print in the instructions, and it mentions that spotting or breakthrough bleeding can happen when you're first starting out, so I’m assuming this is just part of the deal while my body tries to wrap its head around all these new hormones. It feels like my system is just recalibrating, you know? But honestly, I’m low-key freaking out a little. Is this something I should actually be worried about, or is it just standard procedure? Has anyone else dealt with something similar?🙂

Ugh, help! So, I started taking birth control pills for the very first time yesterday. I popped them at around 10:30 PM, but then by 6:00 AM, my stomach was doing absolute somersaults and I spent the entire morning throwing up. 😢😢 I’m assuming everything is fine since it had been about two or three hours before I felt sick—so the pill should have already been absorbed, right?—but honestly, I’m terrified to even touch the second one because I can't handle feeling this miserable again. How much longer are these side effects going to drag on? Seriously, I actually have stuff to do today, and I felt so incredibly awful that I ended up stuck at home. 😢
Please, tell me what your initial experiences were like. 🤷😉
