Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion]

Hey guys, I need some advice...
So, I went to see my doctor earlier this month, and he put me on the birth control pill—specifically Celest.
It’s because my periods have been super irregular lately, and obviously, because of the hormone stuff.
He told me to start taking them once my period actually started.
Well, my period showed up the day before yesterday, but more like just last night, so I popped the first pill yesterday afternoon. Since then, my flow has totally tanked, and now it feels like it's just stopping entirely...
Has anyone else dealt with this??? Is this normal??? What should I even do??
