Would anyone care to be kind enough to tell me if my fertile window has already passed? I’m honestly terrified that because of this one little oversight, I might end up pregnant.😢

😢 I actually started this thread about an hour ago, but it just... vanished. Completely gone.
So, here we go again. I’ve been on birth control for three months now, and I was honestly planning on stopping once this pack was finished. But things got messy—I was supposed to take my last pill tonight, but I've lost it. There's just no way I can track down another one before the day is over. I guess I'm wondering if I can just skip that final pill and be okay? My last time having sex was back on April 7th, so I'm mostly worried about whether skipping this might cause some unexpected issues. Do you think I really need to rush to the gynecologist to get a replacement pack right away?🙏
