Last year I was on Diane for six months and they actually worked. But once I stopped, everything just went right back to how it was. Plus, while I was on them, I was absolutely insufferable.
So, she told me I should give Novynette a shot instead. Apparently, Yaz is supposed to be a total game-changer for your mood.
Please, if anyone actually knows anything about them, speak up. 🙂
I'm on Novynette right now and they've been great for me. Since I started, my periods have been shorter and way lighter. Also, they used to be pretty painful, but now the cramps are much more manageable. Honestly, they've really helped.
