Two energetic young folks are looking for a ride from Washington, D.C. to Cleveland and back after the show!
🙂 🙂
The thread description says this is the spot for selling music merch that isn't just records, so here I am with two books up for grabs:
Barnaby Legg: "BOGOMDAN - Kurt Cobain in comic form"
80 pages, hardcover, mint condition—flipped through it once and that's it. It's basically brand new, perfect if you're looking for a gift!

Because of menstrual cramps (and birth control 🙂), I’ve been on Logest for two years. A few months ago, I switched over to Cilest because the pain just wouldn't quit, and my OBGYN figured we'd see if that helped. Spoiler alert: it didn't. It’s the exact same thing.
Anyway, there’s another issue eating at me—my hair.
It feels like my hair has thinned out significantly. It’s not necessarily that I’m losing more strands, but every single individual hair feels way thinner, which my hairstylist actually confirmed when she looked at it.
She was the first one to mention that she’d heard this can happen as a side effect of hormonal pills.
But what’s really driving me crazy are these breakouts on my scalp.😢 They feel like they’re forming right inside the hair follicles.😢
And honestly, it seems like they showed up right around the same time I started taking the Logest.
I don't have any skin issues otherwise—not before and not now—just this stupid scalp situation. It’s nothing catastrophic, but I constantly have at least four or five breakouts on my head, and sometimes they actually hurt quite a bit. You can't really see them, but they are maddening... 🙂
I wash my hair regularly using natural shampoos—tried the cheap stuff, tried the expensive stuff, everything under the sun. My hair isn't oily, I sleep on clean pillowcases, I eat healthy, and my blood work, liver, and hormones all came back fine.🤷
Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences?
I know I need to go see a dermatologist, but I wanted to see what people here had to say first. Thanks!
Can someone tell me how much the co-pay is for T3, T4, and TSH testing if you're dealing with thyroid issues?
I mean, when you go through the hospital system?
Also, does anyone have a tip on where in Washington, D.C. I could actually get seen the fastest? Honestly, staring at all those endless waiting lists on hospital websites is driving me absolutely insane... 😢
From what I can see, private clinics are charging around $67, which isn't total robbery, but if there's any way to save some cash, I’ll take it.
Thanks a million!
