I went to see my gynecologist today to switch up my birth control. I’ve been on Lindynette 20 until now, but I’ve just started Legravan. The thing is, I’m not entirely sure if I should take that usual seven-day break after finishing the Lindynette before starting the new pack, or if I should just transition straight onto the Legravan without any gap at all. If anyone knows, please let me know—it’s kind of urgent since my doctor didn't actually clarify this for me.
