Could someone give me a quick answer, please? I completely forgot to take my pills today (and I was supposed to have the first dose already), so I guess I'm wondering if it's okay to just start tomorrow, or maybe I should just take two at once... hmm... what should I do? Everything got pretty complicated for me, which you can probably see from my earlier posts here. My doctor actually gave me a totally different diagnosis than the one I had worked up myself based on everything I read online, so I was a bit shaken by that.

The procedure?
First, you have a quick chat with the doctor, then they perform the exam—which might feel a little awkward since, well, the exam is... awkward (not painful, though)—then you talk again, and they finally give you the real deal and maybe prescribe some meds or creams.
It’s nothing too intense overall; it might be slightly uncomfortable if you're shy, but you'll likely forget about it the moment you walk out of the office. Plus, it’s easier once you actually know what's going on.

I've noticed the bleeding only happens when there's pressure on the area—like certain sitting positions. It started happening yesterday, but my doctor can't see me until Friday.
If you don't mind me asking, what did your doctor end up saying, and what does the procedure usually look like once you actually go in for the exam?

It doesn't really hurt, it's just a bit scary thinking a larger amount of blood might come out at any moment, forcing me to wear a pad constantly. 😕 I've been using Fact ointment for three days and the pain is gone (no itching or discomfort), just the bleeding remains.

What should someone do if a small hole opens up on an external hemorrhoid and it just keeps bleeding quite heavily?

I haven't seen anything like them anywhere else; I picked up these Diesel ones about two or three years ago.

I guess I like the color scheme and the general concept, though the actual execution looks pretty rough to me—like the paint job and the cuts are just a bit tacky. That said, colorful jeans are great; I actually own a pair from Diesel that work really well. Maybe try looking for something similar, but with better quality, I suppose.😉

I have a few pairs hanging around; I think I posted a photo earlier in that "what did you buy today" thread. They don't really stretch out much, I guess. The only real issue I had—well, my mom actually caused it—was when she threw them in the washer and that brown leather patch on the waistband bled dye all over the pockets. Since then, I just hand wash them, though thankfully the stains eventually came out.
