Usually at the labs I go toS means the bacteria is sensitive to the antibiotic (antibiotic sensitivity/susceptibility)

Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·

I’ve still got six tablets left in this first pack, but today—just once, right when I had to run to the bathroom—this brownish-red rash popped up. It hasn't happened again since, but now my lower abdomen is starting to ache, and honestly, it feels exactly like those period cramps that just won't quit. Has anyone else dealt with this weird combo before? Also, I have this ovarian cyst, and part of me is wondering if it might have burst, though the pain isn't just localized to one side—it's spreading all along my lower belly.

It's definitely possible, I guess. During those first three months, your hormones really have to go through a bit of a balancing act, so honestly, almost anything can happen, and most of the time it's totally harmless. But, if that pain doesn't start letting up or if it goes away and then comes back, or if you suddenly run a fever or anything like that—maybe within a day or two—you should probably head to the doctor.
Yeah, but I wouldn't mix those two together... I mean, you should probably apply the Betadine twice, and in between doses, maybe just use a little bit of that baby ointment. Anyway, honestly? It might be best to make a tiny incision and really clean things out—especially if there's any inflammation or pus involved. You should grab some zinc oxide paste from the drugstore to help dry it out; it’ll probably work way better than the baby cream if things have started to calm down a bit. 😉😉
I mean, why on earth would you mix creams together? If you take Betrion and smear it on, you're dealing with an antibiotic ointment... and every single time you mix a new cream into that, you’re just diluting the actual antibiotic concentration. It kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? Plus, I guess I have to ask—what kind of baby ointment are you mixing this with? Are you just making this up as you go, or were you actually following some doctor's orders?
