And look, let's just be real here—Raikkonen completely blew it. He should have built a much larger gap between himself and Eriksson right at the start of the lap...

"Questionable?" Please. He would have been 30 seconds ahead of Mercedes.🙄
5 drivers on track (if there had been one more lap, it would've been 4)...😁
The enthusiasm from the Sky commentators is pretty cute, seeing as Ferrari is actually in the running... Even Niki Lauda tried his best to pretend things were getting interesting and that Ferrari was closing the gap (he’s probably laughing at himself internally), when in reality, Ferrari is trailing by over thirty seconds.
Honestly, the absolute highlight was that interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger 😁

Does anyone have sector times posted anywhere?
What a complete joke Mercedes is compared to the rest of the field... 1.4 seconds? I honestly didn't expect them to be this much of a disaster. 😁
I reckon everyone else is sitting on maybe 30 tokens left for their engines, but with Mercedes 0 running like that, they wouldn't catch them if they tried.
I honestly think Mercedes just nailed the fundamental engine design from the jump. Once you’ve hit that sweet spot with the core architecture, there isn't much anyone can do about it—not with the way the token limits work. It's basically locked in.
There was only one set of fresh softs available in Q3, and they burned them right at the start. Trying to squeeze any kind of pace out of used softs at the end of the session? Total nonsense. It just didn't make sense.

I honestly don't see why people are acting so surprised that Ferrari is essentially running their own separate operation now. During those tests in the US, their car was clocking in nearly a full second faster than last year's Mercedes did at the previous race...
All this talk about straight-line speed is mostly noise anyway; it doesn't even matter for 70% of the track. At the end of the day, it all comes down to who’s packing more downforce.
Is there anywhere I can check the fastest sector times? My gut tells me Mercedes is absolutely crushing it in sector two...
Red Bull Racing and Renault are looking rough. It’s hard to believe they’re running into the exact same headaches again—it's pretty obvious the engine design itself is just flawed. And of course, the guys over at Red Bull are already throwing them under the bus; nothing like that "team spirit" we all know and love. Honestly, Renault would be better off just starting their own independent team. Dealing with Red Bull is clearly doing nothing but tanking their reputation.

Who are your favorite underrated actors?
in Movies ·
Matti Pellonpää
His filmography accounts for at least a third of Aki Kaurismäki's entire body of work. Every single role he took on had its own distinct, unmistakable character. Word is he actually ended up blending his real life with those parts more than people realize....
Giulietta Messina
She was absolutely brilliant in La strada and Giulietta degli spiriti.
Ingrid Thulin
Just timelessly beautiful in every Ingmar Bergman film, especially in Smultronstället...

That’s pretty much spot on. 👍
Sometimes you just can't act any other way. That was just the reality of the situation back then. For whatever reason, we made certain calls—even if we knew deep down they were bad decisions at the time.
There is zero point in dwelling on the past and over-analyzing everything. A "mistake" is nothing more than a label we slap on things when we look back from the present. If we start dissecting everything like that, we're just spinning our wheels in a loop we'll never escape.
Bad actors (A-list or close to it)

This whole topic is incredibly subjective. Everyone just lists actors who happen to work in genres they already despise, so naturally, any actor in those roles gets labeled as "bad," or people pick on certain actors based on physical preferences for whatever random reason...
Who knows? Maybe Jennifer Aniston really is a subpar actress (not that I've ever sat through one of her movies—honestly, I couldn't care less about her), but it’s also hard to say how a genuinely talented actor would fare in those trashy rom-coms. Would they still be considered good?😁
We could go on about why certain actors constantly agree to star in the same pile of garbage. Kristen Stewart is only in her 20s, and honestly, I think it'll take at least another decade before she manages to shake off that "iconic" image from the Twilight era, though who knows, maybe she's actually decent in reality...

Aha... got it. Thanks. 🙂
I know, I know... the deadline is March 9th. I really need to head out and grab that tomorrow or the day after...
$83 That’s really not much... but wait, can I stack the student discount with the one they offer for the 098 (-$17 if I'm reading this right)? If so, does that bring the total down to 200? 🤷
